WHAT A SAD EXCUSE FOR AN APT. COMPLEX!!! From: pariscombo1@hotmail.com Date posted: 7/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   I'm writing this today, because I just discovered this web site, but I must let you know HOW HoRRIBLE CENTENNIAL IS!!!! Short and Simple: The staff doesn't care about you at all. The majority of college students who live there don't care if you want to sleep at night. Cops are constantly looking for ways to give you a ticket to your car. You always have to have a hang tag and When you want visitors, they're suppose to park across the busiest street in Arlington (Cooper St.) and walk across to your apt. There were never any parking spaces, EVER. There were always people yelling in the streets and partying at the pool. Maintenance men would come in without knocking on the door. There was never any notice that Maintenance men would be entering the apt, when I requested my carpet be changed. The complex was built cheap and cruddy. THe prices of these apts. are outrageously Priced. They will raise the price every lease term 30 dollars or more... IF you want to live near campus, choos UTA's apts. or just find something in North Arlington. THe drive is only 10 minutes to campus... I FEEL SOO SOrrry FOR YOU, If you live there NOW!!!!! Centennial deserves to be shut down.
