Stayed there for 2 years. Met many students however, it got worse each semester. After the new dorms were built, all the ghetto thugs "g-dawgs" moved in. The worse is the incompentency of the managements (seen two). Both were unorganized, high strung, and uncaring. If you sign a lease, be prepaired to commit a good amount of time (away of school or studying) in dealing with the mishaps due to this failed management. If you really take the time to look else where, you'll most certainly find a better rate.
