money hungry, dishonest, unorganized

This apartment is run by really unorganized, lazy, dishonest employees. If for some reason you HAVE to move here, make sure you fill out the form for existing damages thoroughly because they will nickel and dime you if you don't once you move out. And if you ever need to talk to any office staff, I'd suggest you bring a voice recorder and record the conversation or have everything in writing and signed. I learned it the hard way. Before I moved out, I went to the office to take care of any late fees on my account. She waived most of the fees and I wrote out a check for the remainder. Then I made sure I owed NOTHING else when it comes to fees to do with my account and she confirmed this. Weeks later, I got a letter saying I have late fees, improper notice fees etc.... When I called, she was rude and just told me "why would I tell you I'd waive those fees". I was also charged for black stains on the carpet caused by the maintenance workers. I reported this to the office staff but apparently they did not record this and so they refuse to waive those fees. And just for the record, I was hardly at my apartment, I mostly stayed with my bf. I probably only slept there about 10 times, yet I was charged for a "small chip in the bathtub" a "dirty refrigerator" and other stupid things.. and EVERYTIME I go to the office, the person I need to speak to is NEVER there. They are either out or on lunch break or off for the day. Once, it took me about 5 days to get a hold of the accounting lady. There are LOTS of other issues with this apt but I'd have to write a book if I go on. These people are stupid, lazy, greedy, very very very unorganized. You can find a better apartment for a much lower price and better service. STAY AWAY.
