I was one of the very lucky ones! My daughter was going to come to this University and live in these apartments. I left a deposit online but then a week later I came across all the reviews about the horrible things that have happened here and we were horrified! I even asked BEFORE giving a deposit if anything, such as robbery or rape has EVER happened...the woman said no! Well she lied! Later, I spoke with a friend of mine who happens to be a police officer (whose daughter was violently raped there) and he said....get her out of there! Well, we were one step ahead of him and had already done so! After reading just one review, we immediately pulled her out of the University (which I believe to be a good school) and then called Centennial Court to get back my deposit. Of course they must deducted a portion of it due to fees....so they say. This was back in May and I have had nothing BUT the run around ever since! These people are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. They need to hire a whole new staff...no one knows anything or maybe they do and just don't give a damn! Jade Gomez seems to want to help but I can only wonder with all the run around I've had from him so far. I am so glad my daughter will not be attending this University or living through this kind of hell. These students are under enough pressure with getting through school...they shouldn't have to worry about their saftey or deal with uncaring pathetic individuals they are renting from. We live 5 hours away from Arlington and I as a parent would be irresponsible to allow my daughter to live in such an unsafe enviroment. If something happened to her here knowing and having been WARNED about the terrible things that go on here, I would never forgive myself. Also,I do intend on never giving up on getting what money is owed back to me...even if I have to go to the top!
To all you parents out there.....READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING ANY
DECISIONS ABOUT COMING HERE...YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU DID! My daughter will now be attending a very safe and well organized BEAUTIFUL University and living in a place where she is cared about by others...and best of all, her father and I can now sleep well just knowing she will be ok! Thank God for reviews...!
