i dont think i like this place so much. a few pros and cons. it is a little "cute" loft. its not centralized A/C you have a little sorry a$$ wall A/C that takes 6 hours to start cooling the upstairs. parking is the best thing..you're like 20 feet from you door. i did have my apartment broken into and some items stolen. management changed 2 or 3 times in the past year..and for some reason they dont like the be in the office. maintainence is pretty prompt. not really noisy but u can hear people drive by because you literally drive right in front of the apartment. not a large place not its not a problem. it can be a little suspicious driving home at night you can see obvious prostitutes on in the remote area. my neighbor smokes weed..all the time. and hes been hear for like 10 years. he complains alot like he doesnt have neighbors..hes looks like he should be in a retirement home though. also a $60 increase in rent in 1 year' that place is too small for something like that. roaches were intially a problem, i had to buy like 8 combats to get rid of em

I am always amazed that people say no one is ever in the office! It is a one person office and that one person has to do it all - banking, marketing, errands,leasing, helping at other properties sometimes, etc etc. and what I dont get - if ya see prostitutes and know someone is smokin' weed - call the cops - that is their job to do something about that and let the manager know so they can do something! Dont sit and watch and then complain is my thinking!Have a great day!
