This place does have its pro s and cons. Pros: 1. Walking/Biking distance from UTA. 2. Cheap, I paid $430 after student special (you should ask them if they still offer this special), 3. Washer Dryer. Cons: 1. The wall AC unit sucks, in the summer you can t even go upstairs. 2. It is small, but if you put up shelves and are smart about organizing the place you can manage. 3. Its in the ghetto, but that s Arlington for you. 4. Some of the neighbors are convicts, but are friendly. If more UTA students moved in the place would be better and if you are not a UTA student you really have no business being over there and should move because it is people like you who make the area so ghetto.

I love here, and believe me, it can get hot upstairs. I found the solution, I bought this honeywell fan: http://www.target.com/Honeywell-Super-Turbo-Air-Circulator/dp/B001R1Q0OG/sr=1-2/qid=1248673309/ref=sr_1_2/178-7424475-3196657?ie=UTF8&search-alias=tgt-index&frombrowse=0&index=target&rh=k:honeywell&page=1 and placed it on the bottom of the stairs on low, it will be cool within 5 minutes. Trust me, I have been living here since June of 2008.
