Much Improved, but always room for more

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Since moving in last year, I have renewed my lease three times.
(6 months, 9 months, 3 months)
The drug problem I think is being eliminated, since the crack houses next door have been torn down.
(I heard from a former neighbour thought that was a bad thing)
The only complaint I have, is they took a bit replacing the fridge that leaked.
Once recently, I called the office to have them handle a parking issue, it was taken care of the next day, which is what I expected after I made it clear that I have been a paying customer for sometime now. (stickers are required for parking, and this woman kept parking in the fire zone)
If you do decide to come here, I recommend buying a Honeywell fan (I bought mine at Target), for the upstairs area, it can get hot, mainly because the A/C is a window unit.
Other than that, this is a great place for a single person.
(I just got married, so we need a bigger place)
07-28-09 update:
just saw a neighbour selling drugs, bummer, just when I was having some hope.
11-05-09 update:
I had to go month-to-month because of my current state of unemployment, and I had a verbal agreement with the former management, she was recently replaced, and I was forced to write a check for $100 (october and november) because she never wrote anything down.
I even showed the new management the checks I wrote, and to no avail, I had to pay the back rent.
Word of advice, dont pay $600/month for a one room apartment.
