I lived at this complex from 1996-2004. It was great in the beginning, but changed hands many times. Later, when they started letting low income renters move in, it was all downhill from there. Lots of loud music, yelling, urinating, drinking and drugs in the parking lot at all hours... day and night. Also saw lots of grilling in the stairwells or on balconys. For a couple of years they couldn't even open the pool for a long time, because they failed the inspections. Lots of cars that don't move for a while.. expired tags and inspections. They started painting several years ago from blue to black trim, but ran out of money and never made it past the front of the complex. Half the time the lights on the outside of the buildings did not work, leaving the parking area totally dark. Would not recommend this complex.

This apartment is the worse!! The lighting on the outside is horrible and Maintenance is Bad!!!
