I actually lived there at two different times. The first time was back in '99 for 6 mos. Although is it was not the fanciest place to live then, I was never scared of being outside of my apartment at any time. The second time was in 2003 for 12mos. The place had REALLY changed. I NEVER wanted to go outside-shaddy characters alway loitering around. And at night'' Forget about it!!!! Cars were always stolen or broken into. Thankfully mine never was but, a friend from Austin who came to visit had hers broken into with in a few hours of arriving. Oh, and had a drug dealer living above me. There was actually a fight at 2am one mofning over drugs. I could hear neighbors at all hours of the day. And don't even get me started on management. WORST EVER!! Not a great place to live unless you are gone most of the time.
