I think the title about summed it up roaches have been bad for over a year not so bad when its cold but they send the bizzy bee exterminators out which does nothing the roaches love the spray they put out for some reason. We renewed our lease once and we got 200 off the next time we renewed they said they would clean our carpets its been 5mo and nothing, we keep asking they keep giving us a date but no one comes out, ohhhhhhhhhh and the smoke detectors are hardwired on these apartments so they malfuntion and go off every day for over 3hrs until maintence comes out and shuts them off at the power box outside! we had a murder in the bulding in the back police say it was drug deal gone bad! people deal right in the parking lots of partys every nite loud music this is a apt complex that allows people to rent with evicitions and broken leases and offers section 8 housing vouchers so that says something , they office said they allow broken leases and evictions with a deposit so pretty much anyone gets approved the turn over rate is highhhhhhhh you see people move in and the next mo moving out seriously no one stays!! we are on our last lease term and we are out it was going to be 5k to break the least so we have to ride it out. Management different story we mostly just go pay our rent and thats it anything that breaks in our apt we just leave it broke they wont send maintence and they dont care 2 of the ladys barly speak english so they dont understand what we say so we just had the rent ck and leave i have 2 friends who live out here and they are leaving as well so its pretty much the same around for everyone, my friends roof is leaking and she told them 4 mo ago and nothing so when it rains she uses a bucket they told her to get renters insuarance!!! ok..............they have let this place go there is no landscaping and the website says pool and spa the spa they filled with soil(dirt) and planted flowers...yes flowers so no spa and the pool is closed year round its greenish browinsh color . there are hookers on the corner inside the gates daily, gambling and 2 apts in my building the doors got kicked in and robbed the other day all the windows of about 20 cars busted out and police came out and 3 cars keyed with gang symbols carved in them, so yeah its bad if you like this kind of stuff or used to it ...be my guest move in but im telling you RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN I WOULDNT TELL MY WORST ENEMY ABOUT THIS TRASH PLACE THIS PLACE IS OWNED BY HENRY S MILLER REALTY GROUP AND THEY WONT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR NOTHING RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN MY SAFTEY IS WORTH MORE THAN 650 WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING TO A NEWER COMPLEX FOR 950 A MO

you sound like a very,very,very,crazy person who in the hell stay in a place lkie that for so long. or you must be a very low income person. I looked up that place and it dose not look like a place that has all that going on like you say. I think your just mad at something that you wannted and didnt get.
