For the imature person that thinks she can take on the world and likes to call people "HATERS" why don't you do us all a favor sweetheart and grow up ,because honestly you sound so trashy!! But wait because if your thinking that I must be "HATING" because I'm not hispanic let me tell you that your wrong I am a very proud ""Chicana"" but then some one like you and the office staff comes along and gives us a bad name ,so I know that you will never know what brown pride really is so you know what all i want to say is that i feel sorry for you............. when I say watch out ladys what I mean is if you are married please watch your husbands because the manager of this apartment complex has no shame she is a home wrecker and has no respect for the family she is about to destroy I can't even imagine being a person as sellfish as she is.and for all who are wondering yes Maritza is a home wrecking piece of trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not belive this, Is the Maritza your talking about a short fat chick that looks like she has a learning disability because I think I know her from cooper crossing apartments and when she was working there she was also seeing a married man, last I heard was she got pregnant then had an abortion .
