Its a crying shame how this place is ran There have been to many breakins. kick doors hell my place was broken into while i was there with all the damn lights and tvs on. there is a roach for every square foot you have in the apartment and it doesnt matter how neat and clean you are. You'll just have neat and clean roaches. Its a real travisty it these living conditions should not be wanrrated for anyone period. And maintance doesnt not fix ---- I havent had hot water for 6 and Im not exaggerating ------- months I never pay rent late never. I havent had air for 2 months and they know Im in the office so much I might as well work for them. For Gods sake do not rent here your better of at a cheap motel.
