Not the most fantastic place but someplace to live

When preparing an apartment for new residence I have noticed they just slap on paint and do whatever quickie job they can get by on.
The appliances are not the greatest. They are old and have pieces missing from them. The striping on the refrigerator is falling off and water gathers inside.
First thing I noticed after moving in was a roach. Even finding them in my clothes drawers now. That is just disgusting.
The insulation around the doors are awful allowing all the cold wind to come through which raises your electric bill.
Not all but some of the residence just don't care about how the complex looks because they just throw trash all over. Every morning I walk out there is more trash. Some also just don't have any consideration for others playing their music up loud, vibrating all the way up into your apartment.
The complex states that you are not to have broken down cars or cars with flat tires or even working on your car there and yet the same car that looks like it may not run has sat in the same area looking junky for months.
The lights also go out and won't come back on until days later and you have to replace light bulbs it seems like every other day which gets expensive after a while. There is something wrong with the electricity there. It isn't just the apartment that I am in but others have told me that theirs does it too.
Siding is off on some of the buildings and haven't been replaced in months. This allows water to get into that area causing more problems.
The thing I see needs to be done at this complex is a complete renovation to bring these apartments back to looking nice.
