Something really does need to be done regarding this complex. I feel like I live in a slum. No one cares not even the staff about how this place looks or if things get fixed or not.

I have reported things that needed to be fixed since the day I moved in and it has been several months, lease is almost up now, and nothing has been done. I reported something recent and simple to do and it still hasn't been done.

There was a fire in one of the buildings on the complex and those poor people are having a time in getting anything done. They were without phones for weeks and now they have these blue wires wrapped all over their patios going from one apartment to the next. Looks tacky. The residents have told me that they have to have this blue telephone wire running through their apartments, tripping on it and it is in the way. Nothing has been done yet to fix the problem it has just been "temporarily" fixed. From what I have seen how things are done I am betting that it will be longer than temporarily. In fact it looks and seems like repairing the burned apartment is on higher priority than the happiness and well being of the tenants in that building.

The complex also has told these people in the burned building that they will take their phone and internet bills off their rent. How does that help anything for those people. How about the inconvience of going without and dealing with wires where their babies trip on them and such. This place should do more than just pay the bill for their service since I know service doesn't run much but going without does.

I heard one person there has a business and being without the internet especially during February killed her. That is her busiest month for her business and her money maker month. How are they going to fix that for her' She apparently lost hundreds of dollars because they won't get the lines fixed. See it is stuff like that, that makes this place a slum and I can't wait to get out when my lease is up.

It makes me laugh when I drive through and see their signs "We love our residents" yeah they love to screw them over is how they love them. They don't care for their residents they just want to make money off them and do as little as possible to save money. I think the people in the office make some kind of commission for not having to spend too much on repairs and such.

I have seen on some of these where the staff will come on and say that the person that enters these comments and things were asked to leave the complex and did it to get back at them or never paid on time or some excuse. I do not stir up stink nor am I ever late on my rent or anything so they can't say that about this entry because this entry is the truth and I am just tired of how things are handled. I do my part that I am required to do, how about they do what they are suppose to do. All this is just my opinion on all this and I am sure others too.

I totally agree with a lot you are saying. Maybe writing the corporate office would help in some way maybe?
