The pricing on these apartments are about average for the area. The location however, is pretty good. The apartments are near I-20, across from Costco, near Fry's Electronics, and close to The Parks mall.

Pros: Good location, decent noise insulation, fairly clean

Cons: Roaches/waterbugs at times, brown-outs, limited parking sometimes

My girlfriend and I have lived here for about a year. In that time, we've had the water heater bust, mice, and roaches/waterbugs.

The water heater was fixed in a fairly short amount of time.

The mice were caught and killed (about 4 small mice).

The roaches/waterbugs have been in and out though and we can't seem to get rid of them.

The balcony doesn't seem all that sturdy outside, so we generally avoid it.

The pool's hottub isn't working and I don't think they have plans to fix it from what I've heard.

The parking isn't too bad, but sometimes I have to park some distance away.

I have never seen any security, but the neighborhood is good.

Every once in a while the power will fluctuate and we'll have brown-outs.

The maintenance people are pretty good and the office personnel are also not bad. I like the location, but still, the roaches/waterbugs bother me the most and are why (partly) I am planning to leave soon.

Overall, I'd say these are probably decent apartments with a nice location, but I probably wouldn't recommend them to a friend.

The hot tub didn't work back in 1993 either, I'm sure it's been broken since then when we lived there 13 years ago! However, the property was nice back then, and we had no complaints! Amazing to see how a place can change over time.

I actually lived there from 96-99 and liked it. I actually met my wife that worked there..She was a leasing agant for a while then turned mngr..But that was when people actually like who worked there. The owners of the property were so shady she quite..They treat there people like crap. Now look at that place..Its an over ran crap hole with trash living there!
