This apartment complex needs lots of change. One thing on the lease states no broken down cars or flat tires and yet a vehicle sat with flat tires for a month and then there is a vehicle that has been sitting in the same position for a few months now and people are breaking the windows out of the car.

People that live in this apartment complex are rude. They call you names if you are walking around. You feel threatened. Parents don't watch their kids and they run loose all over. There was one kid that was beating on this ladies car with a big stick and then the woman came down the stairs getting on to that girl and shooing her off.

Something needs to be done about kids that are running around like that destroying other people's property. Someone needs to be on call for people that are doing things like that.

The residents don't care about cleanliness and throw trash all over, leaving beer bottles all over and fast food bags. Maintenence needs to also keep up with that.

Finally the building that caught fire is getting worked on. But then there was another apartment that caught on fire too. There is another apartment that is covered with plastic for some reason. Someone ran into the apartment concrete sign and it laid in a pile for a long time before finally getting totally removed.

Things just need to change around here with the residents and how things are taken care of. It is too much like driving through low class, low income, slummy like apartments.
