The place is nice, but not nearly worth stressing about paying the rent every month. There is an apartment right up the road nicer and 300.00 cheaper! We are moving in 3 weeks because of the high price here.

Hopefully, you are not moving to Treepoint. If you do, you will regret it!! The 5 pools that they advertise are always dirty or broken, maintenace is terrible, you should read the other reviews on here, all true! If it's not Treepoint, let me know where you're headed. My husband & I are looking for a decent place for a decent price! Seems not many exhist anymore!

I live at The Falls at Towne Crossing in Mansfield, and I really love it! Management is extremely friendly, and the reason I leased and referred my friends was because of management. The apartments are brand new, and I even got a cruise for two just for leasing! They love animals, and I get pet treats sent to my door for my dog every month! It is great!
