This place would be perfect if the construction had better sound proofing. I can totally understand hearing your neighbors every now and then. But when you can hear every footstep from the neighbor above you is a Joke. Especially for a complex that isn t that old. Plus my neighbors above me we re two skinny college girls. So if you can hear them walking around, I wouldn t even want to know what a fat person would sound like. WWII all over again I guess.

The management was nice the 2 old white ladies there laid down the law. I loved those ladies. When I was at the pool 1 day they kicked a bunch of people out that clearly did not live there. It was awesome. But the old Mexican/Italian lady that works there part time is dumb. Don t bother talking to her for anything. That lady needs to retire ASAP.

As for the maintenance, I would say superb. They fixed stuff quick and the older dude there gave me hook ups for my dryer. I thought that was really cool.

They keep the place clean and safe and make sure the front gate is always working right.

Bottom line, Get a 3rd floor apartment and stay away from the dumb old Mexican/Italian lady and you ll be good to go.

The 2 old white ladies are nice, the older looking one may seem mean at 1st but she s really easy going. I think she just seems mean cause of her voice, she s a heavy smoker I think.

Plus there s a lot of MILF s and hot college girls that go to the pool there during the summer that where bikinis. Freaking awesome, you ll be pitching a tent all summer long.
