The construction is poor and you can hear EVERY footstep your upstairs neighbor makes as well as any drawer or cabinet they open. When the hot water runs you hear loud tapping/thumping until it completely warms up (yours and all your neighbors). The parking is horrible unless you pay for covered parking.
