I've lived here about 6 years which is long for apartment living, so that should tell you something. There are some issues that have come up like noise (I live by a pool), and lack of security personnel, but for the most part it's a safe and generally friendly place to live. The complex is across from a nice park as well. One thing I don't like is that you have to pay your water bill.
