Police presence is very known. (Don't speed!) Even though it is Arlington, it's the Pantego police you see ALL the time. As long as you look like what they deem normal they don't bother you. If you stand out, like dress in all black, they will stop you even if you're not doing anything wrong. Happened to a friend of mine walking home!

Staff was very helpful and understanding.
It took at least a few hours and at most a day and half to fix any problems in the apartment. The lousy help was the temporary help over the summer, they didn't even want to get the ladder to put in a new light bulb, the regular maintenance guy came back a few hours later to see if the fixture had burnt out and all it was was a light burnt out. Would have done it myself, but no ladder.
I wish the pool opened earlier and stayed open later in the year.
The laundry room was kept clean for the most part.
I loved that they will accept your packages. Not that the temp help would drill you to see if you are who you say you are. Management easily remembered me after not seeing me after several months.
They give you a choice of what electric company you want, so I disagreed with another post about the high prices. I chose Gexa, in a 1b 1b apt. it's like $35.00 - winter and $75.00 - summer, at the highest.

Pet deposit is VERY high! You better love your animal a whole lot! $400.00 per pet and half non refundable!

I was unfortunate, I had a neighbor that doesn't know how to park. Every day she parked in 2 spaces under the covered parking! Blocking one of the best parking spaces! I complained several times and she would park better for a while and then forget how to park all over again!

I loved the park with the duck pond across the street, the fresh produce from Green's less than half a mile away. Just down Bowen Rd. there is a farm where you can pick your own produce, pick what's in season, like now there's strawberries! Yum!
