I was a renter at Cinnamon Park and married while living there. I was told when I married that my wife would not be able to move in with me. I stuck out my lease and left the apartment in better shape than when I moved in. Then in a shocking attempt to steal money from my wife and myself was told that we owed that property over 500$ in damages. Then an offer of as settlement was offered and I was thinking of accepting , while I was debating this( even though I owe them nothing) the offer was taken back by the assistant manager Peggy. The said manager was rude and lied to all saying that I threatened her when I called and wanted a list of the alleged damages and would basically destroy my credit and rental history. I will never ever even consider recomend moving into Cinnamon Park Apartments and would like to tell everyone to avoid that place at all cost. DO NOT RENT HERE BE WARNED!!!!!!!!

This is the Peggy I have dealt with. She always takes the stance that the renter is in the wrong. She is unwilling to listen and does not give a damn.
