To start, I moved in around Febuary of 2006. I liked the location and loved the park across the street. At first things seemed great. However this lasted only a few short months. At first the office staff was very nice, and any maintenance problems I had were handled in a timely and professional manner.
This all ended abruptly around the begginning of August 2006.
Apparently there was a change in management, as a new manager suddenly appeared as well as 2 new maintenance persons. The new manager named Andrea, was very rude and seemed to care more about when she was going home than dealing with any residents problems.
The orginal maintenance persons, Harvey and Codey were very accomplished persons and very helpful in dealing with maintenance requests. Apparently Harvey was the first to leave after the management change, as for a few weeks I only recognized Codey coming to repair my requests and was told by him that Harvey had left and went to work elsewhere and someone new was taking his place.
The obvious replacement for Harvey was pardon me, but true "Trash". This individual came to repair my faucet in my bathroom sink. He was missing his teeth, looked like he was on some type of drugs and stunk very badly. He spent only about 3-5 minutes in my bathroom, then left and said faucet was repaired. He left a very big mess, consisting of a few screws, and other parts he apparently replaced, as well as used paper towels on my floor. Needless to say, the next day I had to contact the office as my faucet did not work at all. Codey arrived to repair the problem and as alwasy with Harvey or Codey, took the time to explain what was wrong, and what he did to fix the problem. I had no further problems from my faucet. I placed another order for my toilet not flushing. As before the new toothless wonder arrived, spent about 5 minutes in my bathroom, left a mess and left. My toilet only flushed about 3 times before I had to call the office again. Codey came again, explained the problem and repaired it and I had no problems after that with it.
Eventually, about 1 week later I no longer saw Codey or Harvey on the property. I noticed that instead of my maintenance repairs being handled in a timely manner as before, now I was having to wait 3-4 days, one instance where my garbage disposal stopped working. Nobody ever arrived to repair it, and had it not been for my son-in-law it would probably have remained broken.
I contacted the office regarding the poor service I was receiving and was brushed off by the new manager. She told me basically, they would get to me when they got around to it and huing up the phone.

Needless to say, I moved as soon my lease was up and would not recommend anyone move to this place.
Yeah, it may look nice on the outside, but this is by far one of the worst places I have ever lived
