If you dont expect anything from management and you want to live than this place is perfect. If you expect to get a parking spot look elsewhere. If you are looking for lying money grubbing management look here. All management will do is take your rent. Fixing any problems management wont give a sh@t. they have had abandoned cars that management knew about sitting in a covered parking spot sit for over a half year. they have random holes all along their property be sure not to fall into them. The only plus is living next to Veterans Park, but I would rather drive their then live next door.

Now for inside the apartment. carpet is wore out(ours came pre-stainded!!). A whole section of our bathroom ceiling came crashing down. Bugs, Bugs , Bugs!!!. door frames have fallen apart. Electrical problems not all switches work. fridge,oven are from the 80's. And the apartment is drafty so expect huge electrity bills in the summer.

overall I wish I never moved here but the allure of veterans park drew me in.
