LIVING:

Cinnamon Park Apts are the best apts I've ever rented!! Moved here from a craphole apartment due to safety and security issues in Arlington. I'm a student at UTA and stayed here for 1 year in building 2601 in 2008. The apartment is awesome! Well insulated, carpet is really nice (not that dirty brown carpet you get elsewhere), love the vaulted ceiling!!!!!!!, neighbors are nice, parking is excellent and well lit, pool is great, management can't complain - they are women who can't do anything else with their life but give you a fake smile and try to be nice so don't expect anything else higher than regular service - YOU'RE NOT A DAMN KING or QUEEN, maintenance is good (had my broken a/c fixed immediately in 1 day without delay, be nice to the maintenance guy he's cool).

COSTS:

The deposit fee for 1 dog is okay, but for 2 dogs it's OUTRAGEOUS. It's $400 per dog you have. The deposit of pet fee is half refundable however they WILL NOT give you the other half back if your dog urinates on the carpet (mine did, but was hoping to get the half back). They lift the carpet up to check the padding to see if there are any spots, if there are, you're screwed!! If you want to get your money back, get professional carpet cleaners to clean your apt so you can keep your $200 in the end. Cost of professional service vs apartment taking your $200 is WORTH IT (tell them you have pets so they know how to clean it).

MAKE SURE TO CLEAN ALL APPLIANCES before you vacate otherwise it's a $35 per appliance fee for what you don't clean.

For $600/month it was a sweet deal for the amount of space I had. Bedroom big enough for a huge bed, living room huge for 2 full couches, center table and breakfast table, wall makes perfect for a projector system :-). 610sq ft apartment comes with an enclosed balcony which is amazing for storing JUNK. I don't care for open balconies, never use them so the enclosed one was a nice touch. Also good for dogs to play in when you're gone to work/school. If you were okay with an extra $20/month, you can get a 2 bedroom with huuuuuge living room, kitchen and bathroom (I tried but they didn't have any 2nd floor available at that time).

Veterans Park is sweet spot of running, taking dogs out, hanging out, bbqs which is 5 minutes away walking distance!!

SAFETY:

No violence, crimes, break-ins, anything! Pantego Police drive back and forth through these streets because of the MANSIONS that exist behind the property and simply because it's PANTEGO!! If you see anything you don't like call the police and they'll be there in 1 minute tops, not like Arlington Police. If anyone lives in Pantego they know not to mess with their cops, cuz they are brutal SOB's. No loud music, no retarded neighbors, no 2 am parties. Literally the best place to stay for a sweet looking apartment.

p.s. I actually lived here, I'm not some random person/management making the reviews all nice. Lived in building 2601, 2nd floor, closest to the parking lot, faced the huge white mansion on the other side of the fence. The fence has a cut away portion near the trees so you can go check out the small lake behind the complex. :-) Those kind of details can't be faked!! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
