Amenities slowly taken away; promises mean nothing

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Visit the web page; we do not have the bank onsite, no activieies (although we have an activities director), no ink purchased for our one computer and one copier (we must bring our own each time), no tv weekends, etc. Everything that brought us to this location is systemicatically being taken away.
Dust from construction fills our lungs.
