In spite of the filthy hallways & stairways it is not that bad of a place to live --until you have to deal with the management. And you have to deal with the management intimately at least once a year because of the recertification. There is a constant staff turnover. I don't know why, whether they don't get paid enough or if it is unpleasant to work here but no one stays very long. So there is no continuity, no experienced personnel, no one who really knows what's going on.

I'm really worried about the Cowboy stadium being so close. The construction has not been as bad as I thought it would be but it goes on ALL NIGHT and is noisy and dirty. But I think the traffic is going to be unbareable soon. We are an island here.

When I moved here I thought it would be the last place I lived. I'm too old and tired to face the prospect of finding another place to live and then organizing a move. I wish I had never moved here and wouldn't advise anyone to move in. They offer some pretty nice rewards to tenants who refer people here but I could not in good conscience recommend to anyone I knew even slightly that this would be a good place to live.

Residents here are, by definition, elderly. We have specific concerns and needs and this place seems to not give any consideration to the fact that we are not just any tenant.
