Apartments are old, but good. Staff excellent.

These apartments are nice. They're in a good area of Arlington, the atmosphere is very friendly, and the staff is excellent. I've lived in a few apartments around Arlington and Grand Prairie and these are by far the best. There are plenty of community activities and opportunities to meet and get to know your neighbors. The only problem I've seen has been in the parking lot. There have been quite a few car break-ins that I know of, but those are normal in any apartments. The office has addressed the problem, though, by installing more lights and there is an on-site security team now. In all, Collins Pointe is a NICE place to live.
