I moved into Collins Pointe in August of 1998 and lived there until October of 2002. When I moved in the office staff and maintenance team had the apartment ready and spotless when I moved in. The maintenance team was efficient and effective the whole time I was there. The management was nice and outgoing and I never had a problem. Overall the whole experience was very well worth the money and if you want to live in North Arlington then I highly recommend this place.
