I never even assumed occupancy. The apartment was rented over the net by my company. I went to look around while the carpet installers were working and never even made it to the leasing office to pick up the keys. The complex tried to tell my agency the apartment was just fine. They didn't know I had pictures of rotten kitchen cabinets, moldy windows, and a stove that looked like it belonged in the junk yard. I didn't bother to look at the washer/dryer dishwasher or refrigerator. I was disgusted enough. This isn't an apartment complex. It's a project.
