Living at Burney Oaks was a terrible mistake. Other than it was way over priced, the management was rude, power hungry and very hard to deal with. The property was noisy and dirty. I asked on several occassions to have the breeze-way cleaned and painted. It was a mess. Before I signed the lease I asked if this would be done and they assured me it would. Never happened. Also, the lock to the mailbox area was always broken. Do yourself a favor; go to someplace eles.
