I am still a resident trying to get out of this property. I have had the a/c and heating panel (located above the showers) fall down and hit me on the head twice, I had to wait days for anyone to come and fix it. It still is not fixed, the heater sounds like an airplane taking off. My car has been vandalized three times in the course of 5 months. Those security gates' forget it..one was broken for over a month. If you aren't on a ground level apt. the stairs are horrendous. They are rickety and very poorly maintained. Out of 14 steps 12 are loose in my building loose. I lost my footing due to the stairs being wobbly while carrying my 4 week old son and we both fell from top to bottom. No concern whatsoever from the managment. I was told by the accouting manager "Well I have climbed those stairs before and I have NEVER had a problem" when asked how many times she climbed them " Once or twice." The outside lights to the apts dont work until the late hours of the night, so those rickety steps' you can't see them. The water is always being shut off for repairs because there is always some sort of a water leak somewhere. But don't listen if they give you a time it will shut off it is usually two hours before or two hours after. The property manager is a poor excuse for a manager and is a liar and cold hearted. So needless to say I do NOT recommend this property. I would recomend you stay away at ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
