DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here and had a stalker that would have raped/killed/robbed whatever me when I lived there had I not had the luck of getting ready to walk my dog and looked out the peep hole before walking him. I was in the habit of that because of a previous incident that happened when some stranger in the A.M. was messing around with my front door. I saw this out my bedroom window. You know, the one that is right before the door. I was looking out it and saw someone right in front of it and thought they were putting some flyer on my door. WRONG! called the cops, never found the guy. So I got a rottweiler.About 2 months later Im getting ready to take my dog for a walk and I look out the peep hole, I see some guy crouching down my walkway coming to my apt. CROUCHING DOWN COMING TO MY DOOR!!!If you live in burney oaks, you know what I mean, if they are coming to your home, they are coming to you, not anywhere else. I called the cops and the management would NOT let me out of the lease, even after both police reports. They just wanted to see me get killed and raped. Ill be damned if they are still not on my credit report. I don't care, my life does have some value to me dammit!!! Oh, and I could careless about the bass in cars. I never noticed it, I just don't want to be raped and killed. I was told after the fact that my neigbhor below had been broken into and that a few years back a woman had been raped and killed in the apt complex. Please, please, SINGLE WOMEN STAY AWAY. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I don't know how else to say it. I hope atleast one single woman reads this and stays away. I was a single mom and my biggest fear was for my daughter. I was so afraid while sleeping something would happen would happen to her. Please please, stay away!!!

Well...lets see...if you lived in a home who would you expect to take care of you?? Your home builder or mortgage company? If that happened while you owned a home; would it be okay if you just moved out and didn't pay your mortgage..pretty sure you would be in foreclosure...credit?????

over reacting much? good choice in getting a dog though. even batman wasn't protected from dogs.
