I live in Burney Oaks which is now called Colonial Village, I hated every bit of it. The landscaping is ugly, the bildings are ugly. I was ashamed to bring someone to my apartment. My roommate and I were charged 800 dollars a month to live in a roach motel basically, the management is unhelpful. I had a bad experiance with the upstairs resident about banging around, being loud and they complained on us for a "war" and we recieved a lease violation for noises. Can you beleive that' I would never recommend anyone to live there.
