I have lived at this complex for 4 years. The first two years werent too bad, these last two, have been horrible. The office management could be better, but it is better than it was before when it was Burney Oaks. They would not do anything about complaints to them. I made several complaints about things missing from the apartment, and it wasnt broken into, and the doors were locked. Had the maintenance man come out one day to work on something, my husband happened to be there and left. He came back and the maintenance guy had locked the door and when my husband saw him, he was in the bedroom at the foot of the bed, and had dropped something red on the floor, like he was caught. My husband went into the bedroom, and a pair of my panties were at the foot of the bed where he was, red panties at that. I complained about this, nothing done, other than then changing the locks. I would also find my washcloths missing, even found one outside my bedroom window. We had found black mold in the apartment, all they did was come out and spray paint the vents to make it look like they cleaned it up. I still complained so they sent someone out to clean the ducts. Caught the contractor red handed taking things out of the apartment, and NOTHING was done about it. Contractor was a christian man and would never do anything like that. Yeah just like the maintenance man that had been there for 7 years would never do anything wrong. Ended up having to sign a new lease or they were going to end up charging us over 200.00 more for month to month fees. I do not recommend anyone moving to this community, they have security gates, but they are always open. Not safe at all.
