I like my apartment. If you put in a maintenance work order they usually respond within 24-48 hrs. They have hardwood floors and come with washer and dryers installed. The property is clean and landscaped nicely. I don't have problems with insects except a few ants because I left my trash on the balcony (my fault). The rent is very reasonable. I recently had a rent increase but for the first year I payed $469 for a one-bedroom and my water bill is always less than $40. I would recommend this complex.
