I would not suggest living here. I signed a 14 month lease and since the day I moved in I regreted it. It's difficult to get maint. to do any work on the apt. They cut a hole in my wall and it wasn't fixed until i finally complained to corporate. The office staff seems nice at first but it's the worst management i've ever seen. When the people that work in the office don't live on site in my opinion they are less likely to care about the residents issues(which seems to be the case here). I live in the smallest one bedroom floor plan available and my water bill is always $40 plus sometimes. I never feel safe. Thieves broke into my car through the window and yanked out my entire stereo system. My passenger door and trunk were both left open all night after the theft took place. No courtsey officer onsite to watch out for these types of things either. Gun shots are heard loud music and over all thug life seems to be over taking the property. I constantly here people up and down the stairs all night long. Oh and every week the hot water is cut off for hours at a time. I wouldn't recommend anyone come and live here!!!!!!!! Unless you want to be in the ghetto and around possible drug activity.

We do apologize for not getting the hole taken care of in your wall in a timely manner. We would love to speak to you in regards to your comment of "office staff seems nice at first but its the worst management i've ever seen" and find out "why". In regards to the water bill...the water/sewer is allocated out to all apartments and is calculated based on the square footage and occupancy. We receive the water bill from the City of Arlington and then allocate out to all residents. The average water/sewer bill per person is approximately $20.00 (not including trash or gas) which is common in most apartment communities. In regards to gun shots...we encourage you to please call the police, due to this not being in management control (unless you can provide more information). If you are having issues with loud music we encourage you to call us so that we may resolve the problem with the resident causing the issue. In regards to the water being cut off...there was a four week period, previously, that there were issues (turned off on three different occasions for approximately two hours each, but have since been resolved)...due to the property having a boiler system, this can happen and we can truly say it has always been fixed within a timely manner. We appreciate any comments you give and wish you would come to management directly to discuss any other issues you may have. We would love to try to make the rest of your stay a good one.
