We came here because of the cheap rent. The manager seems nice, and the maintainence attempts to fix the issues. The property is poorly kept, there are roaches and other bugs. They say they spray for bugs but in the 2 years we have lived here, I have seen them spray 3x. We asked about sex offenders living here, she said there were none, however there are 14. There is one in particular who preys on families with small children. The manager knows and will not kick him out. If you have a complaint or issue, it will not get resolved. The grounds keeper stole our grill, we watched her do it. They do not "make ready" the apartments, we had to request the carpets to be cleaned. There is smoke residue on the walls from the previous tenant who smoked. So we have to smell like smoke. There is mold behind the shower walls from poor installation, and also on the windows. These are not energy efficient places, for a small 2 bedroom we pay over 200 a month for electricity. I wouldn't recommend to anyone this place.

My family and I moved here recently. The apartments are small but the rent here is affordable. The manager is a wonderful lady who is willing to work with financial set backs. It seems like a peaceful place, no noise complaints here. We like it and would recomend it. JWP

This is an absolute lie! This is slander. The facts are incorrect. I have lived here for 7 years and have highly recommended this place. These comments need to be reviewed before posted!
