Its been cool..... From: msbehaved Date posted: 5/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   I have lived at Parksprings for some years now and havent had much problems. Yes it can be noisy at times around the pool area,lots of kids. And as far as Joyce(manager) goes she's cool in my book! She has helped me out alot..Also getting your deposit and pet deposit, I got mine with no problems. I believe that everyone will have their own opinions but my experience has been good so far,
