Drug deals, Drug users, crazy people

A few drug dealers that staff knows about.
lots of drug users (office staff)
crazy people all around the place,
people with criminal records off the leasing contract, living with family or girlfriends.
other than that is safe, cheap, nice... lets be realistic this goes on at every single property, not matter if it is high income or low income, housing or not housing.
