Seems okay to this point

My family and I have lived here since November of 2004. They did not put in new carpet for us, which I usually get when I move in, but the maintenance people work very quickly with issues so it is okay. If a light bulb burns out they will fix it if you want them to. Just come out and change a light bulb for you. No wasting time either. The parking seems adequate. I never have to walk far. If you have only one car then you have covered parking with your number on it. There are some bug issues, but keeping everything very clean seems to make it almost go away. My neighbors are very nice and never complain about things.
I hear bad things about the owner/manager and he did seem kind of cold the one time I met him, but I never have any issues with him. I never go to the office and my wife calls in for any maintenance issues so I don't deal with anyone at all. It is nice that the police have a speed trap in the entrance, as that keeps a lot of bad element away I believe.
All in all, we have been here not long, but it seems like a decent place to live, at least till we find a good house to move into. The rent if very nice. $550 for 1040 sq ft. two bedroom apartment.
