We wanted a place close to UTA (this is 1 mile) and with larger rooms and closet space, for a low price. We got all of that, and the managers seem to respond pretty quickly if something needs maintenance. There are lots of children and people from all different backgrounds, which we enjoy, and the noise level is reasonable. The laundry facilities are not very good however, and we take ours elsewhere.
