Coronado Apartment

SLUM! From: dewdropinn Date posted: 7/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved here in March of 2007, I pay 455/month all bills paid. I didn't expect to live in luxury, but this place is slummy. We have a serious roach problem. I have gone without hot water and air conditioning. I have requested that screens be placed in the windows (I am missing one and the other is broken). I have requested that the oven handle be put on the oven (nothing has been done about it). The complex won't let the maint. guy work more than 4-5 hours a day. To top it off, we had the HEALTH department out here today. Do not rent here, do not pass go, and do not collect $200 dollars. I'd rather live in a cardboard box.
