I just moved in. I just take 4 minutes to my building (Hammond Hall) at UTA. The manager so far has been cool: no deposit. The roaches are about to die when I spray good insecticide, but so far we respect each other: they don't eat my food, I don't kill them. On top of that, I am in an individual apartment for the price of sharing! Isn't it great' It is true that the block where this apartment is located isn't the nicest in Arlington. But what the heck, this is Arlington, TX, what can you expect... And thinking positive I could say something cool as "I live in a condo in downtown". It is a very cool thing to say, as far as people don't know how Arlington TX actually is. Besides, this little community offers the other side of United States, which is a great thing to observe and live. Hopefully, I'll move soon to other condos in other downtowns..., but hey, just 350 per month by yourself. You can just spray a little and kill the roaches.
