Don't let the beautiful pool fool you. The city shuts it down at least twice every summer due to violations (broken gate, lamp in pool loose, etc.). It seems like they don't care if it's open or not. It is very noisy here. People congregate, drink and smash bottles at all hours. Cars are broken into quite often, and apartments on occasion. Maintenance is absolutely horrible. They cannot keep anyone hired for any amount of time. Dumpsters are unsanitary to say the least. The staff is rude. They could care less that this is your home. Things like broken air conditioners and leaky ceilings do not concern them in the least. Most of the outside lighting does not work. The fitness center has equipment that is 10-15 years old. They fined my neighbor because her patio had stuff on it. Yet, they have an empty apartment here that has had a washing machine on the patio for months. If you complain about a neighbor being noisy, doing drugs, etc., they will tell the neighbor that you told. Imagine the repercussions there! They are only nice to you when it is time to renew your lease.
