I'm moving out now because of the lack of management, maintenance, and noise. I was happy with the place, for the price I couldn't beat it. There were a couple of cars broken into but I was thankful it wasn't mines, like in my last complex. Recently the office workers have changed and it seems to me if they didn't lease you your apartment, they don't care about you concerns.
I'm constantly calling for maintenance with cracks in walls (they say poor foundation and there is nothing they can do), a stove that for the past three yrs has had only two burners working. The final straw was when I started complaining about the increase in noise and trash all over the parking lot when you leave for work in the morning and nothing was done..it's gotten worse. When I complained about the people above making noise and stomping all day and night, I was informed that they don't get involved in complaints, that I should address it with them myself. One month later I came home to find a lease violation on my door for a niose violations from the office. I work full time during the weekdays, go to school at night and have a weekend job..so you see why this would bother me I'm HARDLY EVER home. When I went to the office to protest the complaint I was informed that I was because of my kids running, stomping and making noise. I had to remind them that I have no children & live alone and it was probably the same people I had been complaining about, so the drop the violation....but remember they don't get involved!!! I can't wait to get out!!!!!
