I've been at Cottonwood Crossing since 2004, I believe, and overall, it has been a pleasant stay. The only complaint I have is, I live on the 3rd floor. Everytime it rains my living room ceiling starts leaking. I put in maintenance requests but the problem keeps resurfacing. I will probably be leaving when my lease is up. I also don't like the sliding doors. They keep coming loose.

You should check out the Falls at Towne Crossing apartments they are really nice..i just moved in and when i did they gave me a cruise just for leasing with them..oh and they are brand new!!
