The department of health had this complex close the pool down last year due to the filth! Tenants were once required to have parking stickers or be towed...today a tenant has turned the parking lot into his own used car lot. As far as safety goes, Rikers Island is probably a lot safer!The noise level is a problem! This place needs a security team to police the property! This is NOT a family oriented place, too much drug traffic & LOUD music!
