This place has no control over the loud music or their renters, good managers know how to deal w/ such matters.
The only thing this place has going for it is, Freddy the repairman. He is fast and efficient when he is notified of a problem.
I had to call Arlington Code enforcement to get the office staff to address my electrical problems. Apparently two of the office staff members felt that my non working a/c was not a problem in the heat of August! They also practice unfair towing , they say they don't get a cut from the towing company...whatever!
