Hi! Nothing new for this year and we were bored this weekend and came across this site. It is sad how mean everyone can be. I cant believe nobody has anything good to say. I have an upgrade apt and think Michele the manager is a caring person. She has made a big difference. I have lived here for three years and tranferred to another apt because i wanted new appliances and carpet. The pool has been better taken care of since this team came, (over a year ago). Great value and good price! I am a student at UTA by the way, and I am a poor student and could not afford much, this place is perfect for me until I graduate. It's not the cheapest place in town but it is the nicest for the money.

I live next door to this person and we like it here too. There are lots of people here that are happy. Just wanted to say that.

I have met a lot of people who live here, not one person likes it. The same management is no longer there, and changes about every 4 months.

I lived there for 3 Months Right Across the Model on the Ground floor.. I have to say these people are either living High huhumm off the ground floor or are part of the managment staff trying to look good.. I owned the apt across from the model and had many problem's like management rudely telling me to smoke inside my apt when guest's came to look at the model.but Michele would snuff her cigaretts out and drop them infront of my door.. At the Original Apt I paid for my accent wall and it was the wrong color and they would not change it.I had to move to another apt.. I was attacked by a Rat and shocked by my stove so severely it took flesh and I was told I did not know how to operate it othewr wise I would not have been shocked.. I witnessed a man deficate in the pool and told Michele about it and she said what do you want me to do about it I will have matinence take care of it. I was not Emplying she go fishing.Nice attitude, BTW Office Satff Has access to you MAIL BOX from the room under there office and I have witnessed Office staff messing with peoples mail. Definatly Not a place to live.. The Barrio Getto Delight Oh did I mention the man pushinng the ice cream cart with a thousand bells at 3 PM to 10 PM..DONT MOVE THERE !!!!! IM SERIOUS MESSED UP PLACE !!!!

Oh wow MattB30, I lived there in 2007, I'm a girl I was 20 back then came from another country and ofcourse like everyone I was taken by the pool, view.... until I had my car broken into, my car towed, my car getting hit by a friend's of the management whn I was out of town and they never informed me until one of the maintenance told me about it. Not to mention the problems with bugs, loud people screaming and fighting in the parking lot, no place to park...I probably spent more than half of my lease term staying at a friend's apartment jst because I didnt feel safe. It's funny Matt I think you had moved to my old apartment and I guess they still havent fixed it since 2007, because I was shocked badly by the stove too...and obviously they didn't do anything about it I even video taped the stove as a proof which I wish I still had now because I just got a call 2 years later from collection company saying I owed cypress money over God knows what!!!! I hate that place, I have moved to many places in many different states/ countries and never hated a place more than Cypress...The worst of all is the management, they made me cry everytime I went there because of how rude and disrespectful they are. DON'T EVERRRR MOVE THERE!!
